"Excellent location, room had everything you could need including travel adapters and an umbrella! Really good pool bar serving good food and reasonably priced too. Sun beds not available until 10am which was a little late for us and meant hanging around but otherwise spot on. "

"Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"

"Absolutely fabulous hotel. We stayed in a studio apartment which was Absolutely massive! Immaculately clean, beds so very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Well equipped. Pools warm and super clean. Lovely jacuzzi pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Good, reasonable poolside bar, serving good menu selection, drinks and icecreams, good prices. Staff friendly. Water slide for kids. Two pools, bottom one with slide seemed to be more family orientated. Plenty sunbeds & umbrellas, and also shade from palms...

"I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very comfortable. I just had one minor issue with ants but on reporting the matter to Reception they sent someone to my apartment to resolve the problem. Although the spray provided did not eradicate them permanent I bought “Ant Bait Traps” in the supermarket which resolved the issue."

"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"Lovely hotel in good location. Nice pool area stuff super friendly. Kitchen hob needs replacing IT IS VERY OLD. Beds very comfortable, rooms big. Shame you need to pay for your washing up liquid free in all the other hotels, first water of water should be free. Lovely to have new coffee mashine in the room shame welcome capsule not free like in the other hotels. "

"we had a lovely few days, the staff were friendly, the hotel was close to good restaurants and walking distance form the beach and the marina, the pool area was lovely with enough sun loungers, the pool restaurant service was very good . lovely views from our apartment too, all in all a good stay, we will stay here again"

"It’s nothing fancy, but value for money. Really big complex, so very busy. Service could be better especially in the restaurant. You feel herded a bit. Nice touch is cava breakfast on Sunday. Also the free shuttle to the beach every day. There are 3 pools, so nice to have quieter options, not just the main pool with the constant dance music. It was okay for the few days we’re there and cheap in comparison to places around. "

"This complex is ideally situated and not to hilly. Nice apartment, lovely pool but what really makes it is the pool bar and restaurant. Food is excellent and great prices for food and drink. Full English breakfast is quality and have heard that the Sunday roast is the best on the island, Will try next time. Apartment has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. 👍"

"Fabulous accommodation with lovely pool area. The apartments were really well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a filtered water tap which was really useful. There was no shop on site but you could order bread and pastries to be delivered each day. We hired a car which was really useful as it is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour area. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10"

"Located right next to bars ,restaurants and shops. Very quiet rooms away from street. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms with large interiors and balconies but could do with a few things updating such as lighting fixtures. Very clean with comfortable beds"

"We had a lovely 7 night stay at Sunset Harbour. The apartments had recently been renovated to a high standard. The filtered water tap in the kitchen a thoughtful addition and saves lugging water upstairs! Sun terrace a good size - enough for a table & 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. The pool area was clean and not overrun with sun loungers. The booking system for loungers was sensible so no early morning scramble. Plenty places to eat & drink nearby. We’ll certainly be back 😎"

"Loved that it was so close to Yumbo! We had a room facing the pool and would recommend this if you don't want to be disturbed by noise coming from Yumbo at night. It's worth the small extra charge! "

"We had a fab time here. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the pool. Plenty of choices for breakfast, all very tasty. The pools are clean and the water has a pleasant temperature. The hotel is located next to a very beautiful beach and the marina. They arranged a surprise for my partner’s birthday. All staff are friendly and approachable. Cocktails by the preferred club pool were superb. "

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "

"My family and I went here for spring break, the weather was amazing and the beach was within a 10 minute walk. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Love the activities in the evening and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Absolutely recommended again!"
