"I asked for a room upgrade based on VIP status and was denied. The TV in the room did not work well and had issues connecting to my services. I had order food twice in the lounge that did not come. Overall place was nice and staff was friendly, but the issues listed above prevents this from being rated 5 stars. "

"Overall my stay was good, its my second time, staff are respectful and nice, view is wow, spa outside beautiful experience in winter, many amenities ans activities available, rooms are clean but i would ask for better cleaning and bath room needs renovations also. Overall i love my stay with my husband and my friends and i recommend it also!"
