The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and every detail showed their dedication to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. During our stay, our son fell ill with a high fever, and we were desperate to extend our checkout time so he could rest a little longer before our flight. Despite being fully booked due to the holiday season, the staff went above and beyond by extending our checkout time by two hours. This incredible act of kindness made such a difference for us during a stressful moment, and we are beyond grateful. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, quickly answering our questions, or going the extra mile during an emergency, they made us feel cared for and valued as guests. Kudos to the amazing team at AM Hotel for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely choose to stay here again.
