"Close enough to centre. Clean enough. Very old decor. Reminded me of soviet union era. Just used it to sleep. Walls had dead flies that someone must have squashed. Bathroom was clean. Just old looking for the outside and inside. No breakfast"

"Everything is fine at Hilton Sofia, but just a bit far away from old town which takes around 30 min. walking distance. The female receptionists are more friendly, the male receptionists are not that friendly. The guy in the morning of Oct.07 around 8am on the reception who helped to call a tax and the guy in the morning of Oc5.12 around 9:30am who helped to check out, both attitudes towards customers should be trained more, not friendly driven. That's why I couldn't give higher rate. "

"Perfect for what we needed and for what we paid! Room was a good size, shower was lovely and hot! Breakfast was spot on and plentiful! Close to Vitosha Street and walkable for all sights! Note: Visit Vitosha Mountain if you can - Take the metro to Vitosha and then catch the 66 Bus to the very end, beautiful view of the city!"

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"The hotel overall was good. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but luckily i was only travelling with one hand luggage. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Toiletries were basic (shampoo/body wash). Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular but fills you up. My only complaint was the coffee machine. No matter what option I chose, I couldnt get more than 1/3 of a mug. The free airport shuttle is great. We called when we landed and they came within the 15 minutes the front desk said they...

"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. I would recommend "
