When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have.
