"Nice hotel enjoyed my stay"

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Nice seating and entrance area. Stunning restaurant in the courtyard. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. They spoke good English. They helped me work out the bus routes I needed (looking it all up on their PC), suggested places for me to watch the football (including their big TV downstairs at the hotel) and offered to lend me an umbrella when it was raining (even though I was checking out, so they knew they wouldn't have got it back if I had taken it)....

"It was quite good. The staff was enough friendly, may be could be more. The breakfast was more than enough. The location is so good. The room is total good, nothing to be criticised. Having parking place is big advantage."

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"Classic style Hotel with comforting detail in the rooms. Spacious and unique and set in a timeless era of a classy hotel. Breakfast was good, coffee /espresso was fantastic. Private parking right outside the second door to my room in my own carport. Beautiful art on the walls . Carmen at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke good English which was help to me. "

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."
