"Such a good spot, the staff were amazing and it was a really relaxing time! It’s also super convenient that there was a free shuttle to the beach, shops near by and you could also walk to atlantis to go gamble! We would definetly stay here again. "Great proximity to the beach and waterpark facilities. We booked deluxe suite and got upgraded to a Sapphire suite which was really awesome. The room is very spacious and have great view to the beach front. Our room is a little noisy during the day since we were on the first floor but the view and convenience to walk to the beach and lie down within 2 min walk is just incomparable. "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
