「Hotel manager was very helpful. We had to change our reservations due to contacting Covid and it was not great with Hotels.com talking to the hotel, but our local associates managed to change the reservations without penalty and then we had our returning flight cancelled, so needed to add another day. Management was helpful.」

「The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow.」
