「We've been staying in Sonesta Suites in Scottsdale for a couple of years now and now know the difference between a Sonesta Suites and a Sonesta Simply Suites. The "Simply" Suites are scaled down, no breakfast not as roomy, or upscale as the Sonesta Suites. 「我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。」
