"Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. Only negative was water never really gets hot but...
