"The property is clean. I love the woodsy logged look. Smelled clean and the front desk staff was courteous. The room I had was spacious and even had a massage chair which believe me I took the liberty of using. It is very quiet. I didn't hear a peep. The main building has a pool and Sauna. You get a decent free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We were booked at a different hotel and when we got there we found out the hotel was in a horrible condition that we had to leave right away. Thankfully Hyatt Place had few available rooms. We were able to book the room and check in within less than 30 minutes. They were nice, welcoming, and made our stay comfortable. We weren't able to park in the garage for one night, and they took off the charge for that day. Thank you for everything! "

"The hotel in itself was beautiful and very luxurious. The lobby seating is drafty and “fireplace” is not real which doesn’t warm up the space. The coffee shop was the only negative experience I had. I wanted to drink tea and water while I waited for my transportation to arrive. The barista gave me a plastic cup and paper cup for tea when it was expressed I wanted to drink in the coffee shop but I wouldn’t be eating. All other patrons were served in glasses and mugs. I think details like these matter and I shouldn’t have been given disposable cups if I was drinking in the coffee shop. "
