"The experience was great, maybe make it known to guests to clean their own dishes. And since it’s Harry Potter themed you should do something with the colors of the room. "It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. "Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways."

"I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady."

"We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino.
