The property needs updating. Old cloth chair in my room. Carpets need to be shampooed more often. Girl at front desk wearing a bun in her hair not friendly . I wish that hotels went back to practicing Covid standards where rooms were more disinfected and cleaned better.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the outdoor fire pits and heat lamps, however, propane was low so wasn’t as warm as expected. Beautiful property with friendly staff!

Property needs upgrading, but I think they are working on that and found it a good value. Staff was very nice and helpful and the shuttle worked out well for me. I would stay again!

This hotel is not for solo traveling. There was a gap in the door even when locked and dead bolted door rattled. Bathroom wall paper was bubbling and just overall didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. Shuttle did take awhile to be picked up from airport.

A flight of mine had to be rebooked for the next day, so I just needed somewhere affordable to sleep for a few hours. Certainly not resort quality or anything, but it was perfect for what I needed. Airport shuttle got me where I needed to be with plenty of time as well.

First, I have to acknowledge the staff members were very nice and helpful when they could be. I suspect they have a lot of practice dealing with customer complaints and they do it well. When we arrived, I asked for two nights but only one was booked. The front desk called they first morning and asked if we were leaving, we were told we only had one night booked. She said she could book another night for us. When I asked about the rate, she told me, and then told me if I booked on-line, it would be less expensive. I saved $50 booking through Expedia. The other positive for this hotel is that the beds were very comfortable. The issues we experienced were mostly facility issues. There was a cold shower, a plugged bathtub drain, a few hours when both elevators were not working. There was seemingly no tissue available during our two-night stay. The water in the pool and spas was not very clean. Parking is also difficult. The hotel, as do many hotels in the area, allows travelers flying in and out of Denver International Airport, to park at the hotel while they are traveling. This leaves limited spots for hotel guests. We have stayed in many Americinn Hotels over the years, I would not stay here again.

For the price, the place is great. 10 minutes drive from and to the airport, and the shuttle run 24/7 every 30 minutes. That was a plus for us.

Like many others, we needed a place to stay near the airport. This hotel was priced right and we would atay again. It is a budget hotel but our room was nice. Comfortable beds. I wish hotels would place a combo of thick AND thinner pillows on beds. I get a stiff neck from "too fluffy
