「We were going to arrive long after the normal check-in time. Called ahead to make them aware & the staff was more than accommodating, sending us an email of the gate code and a location of where to find the key. The facility is fairly new, so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and lazy river but it was too cold to enjoy during our visit, but we're intending to go back this summer. Office staff on premises were friendly and polite, with plenty of knowledge on dining & nightlife....

「Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical.」
