"It was a beautiful condo. Excellent condition. However on the day of our departure we called numerous numbers listed to get a late checkout, as stated in our paperwork, and no one picked up/called us back. Then a random guy tried to get in and was surprised to see us there. He asked if we were staying another night and we told him no, and that we tried calling numerous numbers to get a late check out and no one answered. Then he proceeded to tell us if we stayed they would charge us another...

"I generally thought the property was great! My only feedback point was that it was confusing that this unit was managed by Wyndham Vacation rentals, which unlike most of the other units in this complex managed by Deer Valley, made it ineligible to use the shuttle/car service - I thought that was not clear in the ad for the property."

"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. "

"hot water heater was set to hi, could easily burn a child or even an adult. getting into the upstairs tub is slippery, i fell once. otherwise we liked the access to the city bus and the privacy of the bedrooms."
