"We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated with rustic charm and attention to detail. We ate at the restaurant three times, twice for dinner and once for the buffet breakfast before checking out. The food was delicious, the service wonderful, and reasonably priced. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay here with our dog! Super no-frills basic spot but just what we needed for a non-camping and dog-friendly option while exploring Death Valley. Restaurant was great (we enjoyed dinner and breakfast), lovely setting, and amazing stargazing at night. We would happily return."

"Conveniently located near Death Valley at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but smelled of smoke (typical, I'm guessing for a casino hotel). The restaurant was a convenient bonus, though a bit pricey. We enjoyed our stay and made use of their store to prep for the day with cold drinks, snacks and ice for the cooler. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It would be nice to stay in warmer weather when the pool is open! The staff was friendly and the views lovely, especially the lake just outside the restaurant. "

"The most amazing hotel experience we have ever had. It is truly out there in the wilderness, no cell reception, they do have Wi-Fi that is strong around the reception and at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fabulous, highly recommend. Our server Violet was super awesome and accommodating. There is a small convenience store across the street that has some necessities, and it is open until 10 pm. "
