Floor hasn't been vacuumed in some time. Mold in the shower. Found a pen in the sheets so who knows how long since the last cleaning. Sheets smelled like cigarettes.

First thing we saw when turning on the light to the room was a cockroach. Saw abour a dozen more in the next two days we stayed. Left after two nights of a booked five night reservation.

I booked this hotel because of the location convenience for my trip. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and given nice, clean, spacious room. I stayed only for 1 night but I did enjoy it. Good coffee in the lobby made my morning start so much better. I would stay again.

The staff was excellent, kind, and understanding. This would be day six without power after hurricane Milton. My kids and I were at our wits end. We were low on money and this was affordable. I wasn't expecting a clean and welcoming environment. My husband called and spoke to Bridgette to make sure they had power before we made the reservation. She was very kind and helpful. When we got their in person Bridgette helped us get settled with genuine compassion. All of the staff was accommodating and always asked if we needed anything. Rima checked us out and was also very nice. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
