I booked through expedia for two nights. I had a confirmation number and everything. After the first night I was told I had to check out, they needed to clean the room for the next guest. I said I have this room for two nights (I was already charged through Expedia for both nights). They said no, there is a problem with Expedia. So, I had to book another night and pay again, because I needed the room. I have been dealing with this with Expedia and they are saying it's the hotel who isn't willing to reimburse, and the hotel is saying it's Expedia. I just know I paid for a room twice, and I can't get reimbursed. I don't know if the front desk person didn't know what she was doing, and only saw the reservation for one night or what happened. I have gotten no where with Expedia or the hotel.
The room was dirty. The floors and the bathroom were gross. I literally told my kids to not take their shoes off unless they were lying in bed. It's too bad as this could be such a nice hotel.
