The heat didn't' work right in the first room. Could not get the internet to work. had a bad smell like the sewer had backed up and fish in the room. But the staff was great.

General experience was okay, the bathroom of the room stayed in was filthy and smelled like a dirty rag was used to wipe down surfaces.. there was hair still in the shower and on the sink when we arrived that was not ours. After having a damage deposit accepted it kept trying to charge my card repeatedly as well for what I assume was that?

The staff were super friendly !!! Always a smile. I went down for a Coke Zero and they were out she offered to go get a fountain soda for me from the kitchen. Sis sweet. Many would have just said sorry we are out.

I only stayed at this hotel one night after attending a wedding in Davenport. Therefore, I didn’t do any of shopping but it looks like there are some nice places to do so near the hotel. I was able to get the last spot in the parking lot, which was a good thing because all of the street parking was taken. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Our first room had the door open and obviously used (pop bottle and garbage), second room was also open but the dead bolt was keeping door open and nobody registered to stay there. Third room had stuff in garbage and bed was dirty But we got tired of switching rooms so I asked for clean bedding before we came back from dinner. Got a voucher for breakfast but then I was charged $34 for breakfast. Got to my car and I was robbed of my cards and change from my wallet that was in the center counsel but covered and can’t see it was in there. This place got some shady stuff happening. Stay away. It’s not worth it. Not even close to a Hilton

Kristine at the checkin was fabulous! Handi-cap room had a tub in it. Not at all convenient for a very week handi cap person. Beds are to high for a handi cap person. No maintenence people on duty. No added staff to help front desk. Cot that was brought to our room was hard and lumpy. Not a happy experience. We had to wait for over an hour to get a room that had a walkin shower. Shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. Slip hazard. Not at all happy overall. Also, shower had no water pressure.
