"I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Plymouth. The main criticism I have with it is that the rooms are so hot, and the air-conditioning switches off during the night. The beds are very small, and very uncomfortable, and the quilts are so heavy and thick, which coupled with the heat in the room makes for a very sleepless night. "Great hotel with comfortable bed. Not a huge room and bathroom is small but adequate. Heating wasn't working though and was making a racket when on and blowing cold air. Maintenance took a look but couldn't fix it. Ended up with a small oil filled radiator which warmed the room fine."
