The most comfortable quality bedding I've ever experienced. Had an amazing rest and was a stunning hotel with premium amenities. Every interaction with concierge, and house keeping hotel staff was a let down with most of them not able to even manage a smile, some were sarcastic and others were condescending with a horrible attitude.
The ladies working the in room dining were lovely and polite. I recommend the hotel but the guest service requires improvement.
