"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. So much character within the hotel itself that we could not help but feel we had entered another period of time. Perfect location for exploring the city too. And the pool area was just marvelous. "Great location and price for the location. Very modern and though much smaller then old style hotel rooms, this was a fun room to stay in. An I-pad controls everything and was ready to use including colored lights in bathroom/ shower. Perfect for a couple and super walkable to landmark parks, El Trains and River Walk. We had a super enjoyable 3 days and the staff at check in/out were super friendly and professional. Big Recommend!!!"
