"Rocky was very personable. He greeted everyone and would chat and ask what I was up to. He gave suggestions on local sights. The place is very unassuming. It’s down the block from John Muir NHS. Loads to do in the area. I went to Richmond to see Rosie the Riveter NHS. There is the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco for $10. Great location and convenient."

It's within 5 to 10 minutes walk to public transportations including Bart train station and several buses. But be prepared to walk through some poorly conditioned areas. "
