"TV was horrible to operate. Hotel room was very outdated. I requested a lower room close the elevator and accessible for my elderly parent and did not receive that; in fact, the room was the furthest from the elevator. I wasn't aware that there wasn't daily cleaning service. We did call and ask for clean towels and refresh of coffee and they did bring it up right away."

No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance.
