The property is being renovated, which was a little bit of a nuisance. The bed was comfortable & I couldn’t hear the neighbors or traffic, which was great. Parking was a bit of a hike, but having a parking garage is good. I’d stay again.

The Dallas Galleria was close, so that was nice. However, upon check-in, there was no mention of housekeeping having to be requested. The 1st day, we came back to the hotel, room not cleaned, requested clean towels and mentioned there was no housekeeping done. There was no mention at that time from the front desk that cleaning is upon request. Day 2, same thing, it also took an hour to get clean towels to shower which was after 11pm. Day 3, also the same....never any mention of housekeeping on request only. There are plenty of nice hotels in this area, I think I'll stay at the Westin next time....disappointing!!! And they charge $25.00 a day for self park.

I left my curling iron in the room after check out I called & it will be shipped to me. So I am still waiting for my item. Hopefully it will arrive soon. If that happens even though I had to pay $35 dollars, I would be impressed. I’ve worked in the hotel industry so I am critical but this hotel did a great job in meeting my expectations.

Property and staff were helpful and accommodating during my stay. The bathrooms you can tell are older and on the small side, but they serve the purpose intended. I would stay here again on future stays in Dallas.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The heating system in the room was not working and we froze through the night. We arrived late and were very tired. Once in the room we noticed it was cold and raised the temperature but it never got warmer. Unfortunately, and because we were exhausted and it was late we did not report it but due to this incident the experience was unpleasant. We did share this with the staff at the front desk the next morning that we checked out. Bad experience.
