「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「The customer service was amazing! I haven’t seen that kind of customer service in years! From check-in to security guards to help desk! 「We enjoyed our overnight stay at this beautiful property. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in had a smile and was friendly and welcoming. Self Parking is in covered garage w 3 levels, a bit of walk w luggage. Valet is handy but when we came back from evening out there was no valet available around 10, so if you will be out for dinner and show just a note you will need to self park.
