「前台服務員的表現親和力佳，但我一定得拿出訂單號碼就感覺有點不好，當時我跳島回來東西有點多，手機又沒電，但服務員堅持一定要有訂單編號，讓我覺得有點麻煩，不是飯店都會有客人名單嗎？房間整體乾淨整齊，空間也很大，住起來挺舒適的，但一進廁所就有潮濕悶久了的味道，聞起來很可怕，而且給我的大毛巾也是有潮濕悶久的味道很重，使我不敢用那條毛巾，我對於味道的部分很在意，如果能改善就能更好了」

「Wow where do I start. The staff here honestly takes pride in service. It is a small property so Jennifer and staff will probably remember your names. The chef is great and creative. 「This place is outside of the city but that makes it perfect for relaxing close to nature. A few minutes ride into town makes it convenient to get any necessities or explore the city. The staff was extremely helpful and ready to cater to our needs. They were in the process of some renovations but still was a great stay. I will book again our next trip to see how much more they have improved. Excellent job guys!!! Salamat from us all. 」

「Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there. 」
