This is the only hotel at Belfast International Airport so it has a captive audience. If you need parking for a holiday be sure you book with the hotel directly as they are merciless if you don't. We has a problem and were dismissed to other aiport parking. I found reception staff unwelcoming and abrupt but dining room and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you need shower cap, body lotion bring your own as only shampoo and soap provided in the room.

All the staff i encountered within the hotel were friendly, efficient and professional,the bar and restaurant are an oasis from the airport which is literally a stone throw away.I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and it has never disappointed, it is a little expensive, however you definitely get value for your money, i would recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you have an early flight.

Obviously convenient for the airport, hence the 4 stars for that. Staff are helpful. Room carpet, needing refreshing (I won’t go into details). Power cut at 2am meant no electrics or water, but this was out of the hotels control due to the known incoming storm Darragh. Staff helped as best they could. Having checked in at midnight and having a shower on arrival, meant this wasn’t too inconvenient, and the water bottles in the room helped at 6.30am!!! Thankfully my 8.50am flight did manage to leave in high winds, so it could have been far worse. In summary, I have used the hotel many tims before, staff are always welcoming, and using the hotel as a meeting point before heading into the city or for a few hours before an early flight out, works well.

Fue agradable, nos quedamos en este hotel porque está justo frente al aeropuerto internacional de Belfast, y como habíamos perdido un vuelo y al día siguiente salía otro a las 6am, nos fue muy conveniente porque solo había que cruzar. La atención fue muy amable y el hotel es cálido y cómodo, anteriormente nos quedamos en otros 2 hoteles de la misma cadena, comparado, la cama de los otros 2 eran más cómodas, esta yo era incómoda pero si había más comodidad en la otras, sin embargo el tamaño de l habitación y accesorios estaba súper bien, cuenta con tina de baño amplia.

Free upgrade to best available room was not offered and was then declined when requested, even though it is supposed to be a standard benefit for a gold member. The executive family room was showing as available on the hotel website, but the booked junior family room was not upgraded. Very disappointing as this was my first stay with a VIP hotel as a gold member.

Perfect for airport
Lovely hotel very close to the airport, only 2 mins walk. Check in was quick. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel as we went into the city for an event.

Arrive @ 1:30am & get given a room with umade beds
Arrived late and the car barrier did not open and no one picked when I buzzed. Had to walk to reception to ask to be let in. I did ring in the morning to say I would be late due to travel issues and was told it was not an issue as there was 24 hours reception. Got to my room only to realise it had not been made up! Had to request a room change. Made a complaint in the morning at reception and was told the duty manager will call me. No one has 🙄

Decent hotel conveniently located right next to the airport terminal building. The room was comfortable enough, but felt a little pricey for what was on offer. Breakfast was an additional charge as well.

The most convenient airport hotel
The hotel is so convenient for early morning flights.The hotel is clean,fresh and relaxing. The only negative was the long wait for our dinner order to be taken. However the member of staff was knowledgeable about alergens and advised me very well. The receptionist was kind enough to print out a document for me.
