"What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. "I’m not sure how to rate this, as I didn’t actually stay there. When we pulled up to the property, my Uber driver expressed reservations about leaving me there and ultimately said he just couldn’t do it. He said the area was incredibly unsafe and then drove me the half hour back to city center free of charge. When I reached out to the owner and express that has a woman traveling on my own, I was too scared to stay there, Asking if I could at least get a discount. He was very curt and unhelpful....
