"We had a wonderful stay at High Ridge Manor. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was lovely; very spacious and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and space heater, which provided plenty of warmth. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing. She greeted us when we arrived, and had snacks and wine waiting. "You have a sign to encourage us to reuse towels in the bathroom, but there are no hooks or bars to hang anything on. You provided only one dish towel in the kitchen for 4 days. Also needed more hand towels. We needed an ice maker or trays to make ice. We appreciated plenty of paper towels and zip lock bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staying close to our family in two other lofts. "
