So much less hustle and bustle than Athens or Istanbul. The quiet, laid back pace of Crawley was just what we needed after a multi-stop 3 week vacation. Conveniently located close to the Gatwick Airport and the Crawley town centre. We have found our new favourite spot to “decompress” for a few days on our way home from a trip to Europe.

Hotel convenient to Gatwick. Spacious clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Dining and bar options were very good as hotel not near any other facilities. Large carpark next to hotel.

Wow, we were totally blown away by the size and cleanliness of this hotel after exploring Europe for a week. The front staff was super friendly and helpful, from checking us in to setting up taxi services to and from the airport. They even gave us some great recommendations for pubs to check out nearby.

Booked room with breakfast as we had an early flight from Gatwick that we had to leave at 7 for. When I checked in I was told brekfast at the weekend was served from 7 not 6 (as it is on week days) with no alternative. Disappointed that we paid for breakfast and didn't get any!

Getting there was a problem because they was anothe Holiday Inn. The taxi took us to the wrong one. The name need to change or they need to be more specifically clear about the location. We had to pay another taxi . The staffs was wonderful.

I have stayed here many times in the past but this time I had accidently booked the wrong date, 14th instead of 7th of September. The hotel refused to give me a refund, even 5 days before the 14th. I find this unacceptable and just a money grab. I will not be staying here again.

We arrived midnight after a flight and left 8am for our onward travels but this hotel was a breeze! Much better than the airport holiday inn. It was easy to get to. The beds were sooooooooooo comfortable! The room was fantastic. We didn’t stay long but it was enough for me to be really impressed. Staff amazing too
