"Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. We want to come back during the summer to do the zip lining and other activities in the warmer weather. I wish there was more food options. It was also nice to have the wifi in the lounge area by the pool. We loved walking around and seeing the different accommodations."

"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

Great hotel - happy to return

"Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family. "

"This property does not match the publicity photos - they must be at least ten years old! The reception didn’t even have any lights on and there was nowhere to get coffee. The place is shabby, the decor is faded, the bed was a worn out foam mattress on two planks of wood! The bedding was faded and had cigarette burns in it! The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed. I’m a biker and I’ve stayed in rough places but this was disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place but I recommend Expedia removes it from the portfolio of properties. "
