"Staff members were very helpful and friendly. However, cleaning could be improved. The kitchen was generally clean but the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, hair on floor and lower shelf of sink vanity. Hair dryers are available, but do need to be checked out at the desk. The luggage cart had two flat wheels and this made movement and steering difficult to say the least.
