"Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant."

"My daughter goes to school right across the street from this hotel. I was one of the first guests when they first opened and it’s just absolutely beautiful, the staff are very friendly, but as the months have gone by. It’s gotten very expensive. I would love it if the price went down a little so every time I’m up there I could stay very close to my daughter. The price has made me look for other options, especially for just a quick getaway, but nonetheless, I will highly recommend it "
