"The lady at the front desk was great when I checked in. I had three small children and had just been displaced by SDGE shutting off our power due to wild fire issues. I was in a horrible mood and she was incredibly kind, and helpful despite my three young grand children running around her lobby. The only thing I didn't like is having to pay for parking for this hotel."

"This place is super pretty, but the check-in area is not that great. The staff was super friendly and kind, but I think it is somewhat stressful. You have the poor staff doing check-in and lattes at the same time. Additionally, you had everyone that was checking in and wanting a latte in the same area and near the lobby sitting area. If they were to format everything a little better, it would not be so stressful. "

"They just give you the bare bones minimum amenities. HVAC stopped working the 2nd day of my stay. When heat was selected all it did was blow cold air. Front Desk staff gave me a different room after 2 cold nights. Good news the place clean!"
