「We had a room in the 1st floor of the main build. Every evening it was very noisy due to drunken UK guys and the activities in the main event area. Almost nobody accept the night's rest starting at 23:00. The hotel on it's is very nice and the staff is very friendly and supportive.」

「We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. Each room has its own balcony or small garden to enjoy the swimming pool view. The bar by the swimming pool arranges DJ or Live music performances several times a week at evening. 「I’d give this hotel 4.5 out of 5. They catered for our needs (two adults and a 10 month old) really well. With a room facing the bullring it was quiet and peaceful during our stay in March. Maybe also due to the majority of the clientele being more mature in age. Breakfast is reasonable, it didn’t seem to change over the 5 days we were there but enough choice. The gym is well equipped for a good workout. The Promessa restaurant looks very nice but with a 10 month old not really the place...

「We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.」

「Excellent from start to finish. Stayed for one night although we have stayed before. Beautiful location, hotel, grounds, staff and restaurant. Mentioned at check in it was my wifes birthday. We went for a walk and when we came back there was a bottle of Cava in the bedroom, also when we went for our evening meal they came out with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. Lovely staff and we had a really lovely time, would thoroughly recommend.」
