"Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too."
