Very clean and quiet. Appreciated the heated bathroom floor! Great location. If visiting with a car just check-in and use their recommended parking garage. 10-15 minute scenic walk back to hotel. (Street parking very limited and confusing.)

La struttura è situata in una zona molto comoda da raggiungere e la posizione è molto bella. Personale gentilissimo e colazione di ottima qualità e con vasta scelta ; albergo silenzioso; nota meno positiva per la camera che ci è stata assegnata : al piano terra con finestra vista cantiere della casa limitrofa ; letto piccolo (una piazza e mezzo) spazio esiguo tra il muro ed il letto stesso e quindi molto scomodo sia scendere che salire (nel mio caso dalla parte della finestra e quindi con la tenda che ogni volta mi trascinavo) il bagno spazioso però vasca molto alta da scavalcare per potersi fare la doccia con rischio elevato di scivolare specialmente per i "diversamente giovani". Copenhagen è una splendida città che ha sopperito a questi disagi.

The Strand Hotel had very nice staff and is in a good location near Nyhavn, and the room itself was fine overall. My main frustration was the bathroom, which had a sink and tub that barely drained and both looked pretty worn out. While the experience was just okay on an absolute basis, I looked at a lot of hotels in the area before booking the Strand and this one seemed like it was nicer than many others at similar price points.

This pace was great! The location is a block from Hyhaven restaurants and an easy walk to shopping and Christmas markets. The staff was incredible! Ann did a great job of ensuring we had an awesome stay! Breakfast was always a treat with many choices. They booked restaurants for us, called a cab when needed and were always eager to help with any request. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. If we are ever in Copenhagen again we’ll definitely stay at the Strand!

Great hotel, at the beautiful city center near Metro. Staff did a superb job at directing me to the nearby 1733 Danish food restaurant, a delicious eatery, and made a reservation for me, which was fantastic as it was my first time in Copenhagen. Next morning the day shift staff explained how to catch the Metro to the airport, which proved faster than the taxi I took the day before from the airport to the hotel at a fraction of the cost. Bravo! I highly recommend the Strand Hotel!

We were so pleased that the hotel we picked through an Expedia search was perfect. From the warm reception from the staff, perfect location to walk everywhere, ability to grab a glass of wine and chat in the lobby- all made for a memorable stay for our family. Brilliant
Brilliant, the staff are amazing,they helped us out as our flight got cancelled so they sorted out an extra nights stay and threw in breakfast, they also helped us book the cinema as it wouldnt accept my number. Its a really central hotel for everything
