"We did NOT stay at this hotel. We checked in and was greeted by a gentleman who refused to give me his name! He called his wife to meet us at the room. She opened the room with the key and left. Once inside I was shicked at the condition of the room!! It was disgusting. I went to the office and asked for a refund. I was told they don't offer refunds. "While our comfort and experience with Townhouse 213 was closer to a 3 (and a one if you include all the perilous stairs), we have massive respect and esteem for Vickie, who was the point person. She is outstanding at her job. She was receptive to the ideas (long text lists from daughter) that we made for improving the 213 so it can shine like we know it can. We can tell the effort put in to rehabing the house. What we will say so that others can be aware of what we weren't 1)there are stairs...
