「Simply a good bare bones stay. Owner was very polite and responsive. No reason to spend $160 just to get an extra towel or two. Save your money and stay at locally owned businesses like this one.」

「I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services」

「My wife and I came for a visit on the Amtrak train to the town of Hinton West Virginia. Stephinie was a very helpful point of contact. The property was beautiful. The Allmans were very helpful and generous. We loved Hinton WV. Everything we did was within walking distance of the train station. We are already planning our next visit.」
