"Nice comfy & clean room. We had family staying with us, so it was great to use the outdoor patio for a pizza party! The pool was nice too...hot tub and good sized pool. Breakfast was good...all the things for a hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, juices, muffins, cereals etc). We enjoyed our stay even though we were there to visit a family member who was staying in the nearby hospital."

"Friends and Family Motel.! We been coming here over an 3 years by now. Very nice location. 2 minutes far from Interstate park, 5 minutes Fawn Doe Rosa wild life park, 3 minutes from beautiful Taylor Falls, 6 minutes from Osceola train ride and so on. Gendy dancer trail right behind the property. Walking huge American restaurant bar & lounge. This place is not a fancy five star hotel but it is actually a very nice clean and best price motel in town. They been keeping this place well maintained from inside as what its mainly required. They have large warm pool and sauna. Price wise you wont get beat near around the area. "
