"Easy checkin, almost no necessary human interaction (just check-in, any amenity re-stocks, and check out), even without having to talk to the staff, they're very friendly and kind, i enjoyed occasional chatting with them, I had no problems with the room, infact its the fanciest hotel room ive ever had and I only bought the basic room!
