「This hotel offers a lot of family entertainment options. The only complaint my family had was that the pool water temp was kind of on the cool side. The arcade offered a large amount of games...the grandkids really enjoyed all of it!」

「The property and the room I stayed in was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed in at this property in the winter, and room was quite cold when I got in, but did warm up. The breakfast area was quite cold, causing me to need to bring my food back to my room. The breakfast itself was disappointing as well after reading reviews that said there was a large variety. The only protein was breakfast sausages. They did have waffles, and some cereal/yogurt I believe. The only fruit...

「Older but clean; we stayed here for the night that we were in Alpena. It was during winter; very pleased that the room temperature wasn't freezing cold when we checked in. Parking lot and walk ways were cleared, salted not slippery. We'd definitely stay at this Ma&Pop lodge again.」

「Our experience was really great (clean/tidy room, check in staff was friendly and helpful) until the end of our stay. The housekeeper on the day of check out was upset with his co workers (something he stated himself) and was very rude and uptight about our check out time which was already handled by the check in/counter staff.」
