The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return."

"Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time. "

"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. It's far more outside (about 4km) of...

"Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us. "

"We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"
