The manager came to my room saying he was a DoorDash delivery person so he was impersonating another person and he screaming to open the door but at the moment I wasn’t know he was the manager. It was so stressful and I feel unsafe and I ended calling the police( again I wasn’t he was the manager). Everything was fixed when the police show up then the manager says I was a mistake. I’ll never will be stay in this place again. This guy shouldn’t be the manager

The room is filthy. The bathroom smells like urine and the wall has patches on it from previous holes. It needs to be painted. The bathtub is stained and gross. Furniture is stained and tore up. The door only has one lock, the deadbolt is broken. If my husband wasn’t with me I would leave. We are so tired from driving over 8 hrs to see our son graduate bootcamp. We don’t have the energy to change rooms or change hotels at this point. If we were staying two nights, we’d leave.

Nothing worked. Every station on the TV showed in green hues. The coffee maker was broken and wouldn't brew. The hotel phone was disconnected so I couldn't reach the front desk. The room had raw unfinished spackling and spackling dust throughout. This comedy of errors was finished off with a roach crawling around in the bathtub! After hours of driving, I was too exhausted to change rooms. I couldn't wait to get out of there!! The manager, Myra Thomas was gracious and apologetic and offered a full comp on my next stay which I really appreciated.
