"First the good ... The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options for people with different dietary needs. The location was convenient to where I needed to be. There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it Negatives ... The hallways were hot and uncomfortable (although the room temp was fine). The room was not well soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings (and being right next to the elevator added to that). The shower took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature - we actually thought there was no hot water at first, but it did warm up part of the way through the shower. Overall, it was a good place and I'd stay there again. I would just ask to be put in a room farther from the elevator."

"Spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s an older property that has been renovated. Rooms were very spacious. No carpet (which we like, for some reason it feels cleaner). Beds and pillows were comfortable, at least for a couple of nights. The shampoo/conditionder/body wash are in containers a little hard to squeeze so we were glad we brought our own. You can hear activity in the hallways but nothing crazy. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast but it looked really good. Hard to find parking since hotel is between 2 other hotels with bigger parking lots, therefore we parked at the other hotel’s parking lot and walk to our hotel. Location was perfect for shopping and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. "
