"I had a great experience / the workers were very friendly. The only issue I had was that it was 62 in my room and I couldn’t change the temp. Also, there was a strange smell in the room. It smelled clean but it smelled as if the clean smell was trying to cover something up. If that makes sense. Maybe it was just the smell of the cleaning products. "

"The facility was clean, staff was exceptional, we didn't have enough towels in our room after the children came up from the pool the night we arrived. When the grandchildren went swimming the next morning, the towel cart was empty. There were 3 other children swimming while our grandchildren were swimming between 9 am and 10 am.
