"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"A few blocks walk from Colmar train station on flat surface instead of cobblestone roads. You can order breakfast the day before and pick it up after 8:30 am. Short walk to old Colmar and Petite Venice. Stayed in 2 bedroom duplex with balcony and full kitchen. Highly recommended "

"This is located about 1 block from the train station. It was also close to the park, which in the other side is Colmar’s old town. There were any restaurants on the same block, a short walk toward the station, and there were two. "

"Stayed there last year on our way to Switzerland and really enjoyed it so did the same this year and felt exactly the same about it. Good food, smart hotel, friendly helpful staff. "

"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know. The room was hot but we were able to keep the windows open as it was very quiet. We could have used an extra pillow as there was only 1 per be plus 1 extra would recommend this hotel"
