"I arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and was told no rooms erre ready. Ten minutes later two separate guests were given rooms . Male desk employee eas rude. That night a group of young teenage girls were running the hallways until 1am. Front desk failed to follow hotel policy enforcing a quiet time after 10 pm. Bad experience "

"Great location. Service and hotel was great throughout the stay. However neighboring room was smoking in the bathroom and coming in the shower overhead vent. So the smell of cigarette smoke woke me up in the middle of the night and morning. "
