Cocoa Beach Vacations from NT$51,682

J’ai bien aimé la proximité avec Disney World. L’hotel est propre et plusieurs familles y viennent pour Disney. Le déjeuner inclus est simple donc il ne faut pas y avoir trop d’attentes mais j’ai trouvé mon compte. La piscine est petite mais propre. Par contre le coffre-fort de la chambre était brisé et il aura fallu 5 jours pour qu’on le répare adéquatement. Le ménage de la chambre est sur demande, ce qui est une bonne chose dans un souci écologique mais quand on a fait la demande pour une deuxième fois de la semaine, elle n’est jamais venue. En résumé je recommande cet hôtel seulement par souci d’économie et de par sa proximité avec Disney.

This was a clean and safe property and had plenty of parking. There was a gate at the front with a person making sure that people who were staying there were the only ones getting in. The only down side was that there isn’t housekeeping that comes in to tidy up the beds and stuff but we didn’t mind.

My wife and I, enjoyed our stay on the property. The room was exceptional, bed was comfortable, bathroom was modernized and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again

We have stayed at The Grove Resort at least 3 times in the last 4 years and always enjoyed our stay. However, this time not so much! Where to begin, the property is definitely showing signs of wear and tear and there were several issues within our condo. I had splinted wood on the bed’s headboard and actually pricked my finger on it. The iron was completely void of a plug so we tried to call to get that replaced. The issue with that was no one answers the phone at guest services, and I waited 20 minutes before being disconnected only to call back again (another 15 mins wasted) just to be cut off again. I ended up having to go downstairs to request a replacement iron in person. But when my relative called guest services from her personal cell just to see if they’d answer, guess what?? they did almost immediately. Terrible! Secondly, the bed sheets in 2 of the 3 rooms were dirty. Third, we did not have enough towels or washcloths for the amount of guests booked into the condo (6). So, we requested clean sheets and more towels, and a member of staff told my 16 yr old it will cost $25 for extra towels. I said “absolutely not!” These were not extra, we simply did not have enough. It also seems they up charge for everything now, even basic housekeeping services. Lastly, the jacuzzi was full of mulch, and the floor surrounding “The Springs” pool was extremely dirty. I mean filthy! I used to really rave about this place and enjoy coming here, but it’s really gone downhill.
