"Our shuttle from port got us there a few hours earlier and she upgraded us from a regular room to a suite for the same price as a regular room. The place was very clean ans all the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and it is always great to wake up and have breakfast, and coffee was always available. The swimming area was amazing "

"Staff was excellent. Very clean. Dining was superb. Our needed peaceful r room was disrupted by noisy A/C units right outside our window which were explained as ongoing construction. On our second night we were moved to another ocean view room. The staff was apologetic good at explaining and the manager gave us a slight discount we remove to was smaller however, having in the ocean view maintained was more important to us. The food was excellent. We dined at all of the inside dining options, the staff was excellent."
