「Cheap and cheerful. Great location for the city centre, only a short walk from the train station. Pub next door did a good breakfast - and using the luggage room at the hotel was easy and convenient. All staff were very friendly.」

「A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. 「We had a single night as we were cycle touring. The rooms and hotel were clean and pleasant, but the staff really set it apart. They were very accommodating, especially with making sure that our bikes were secure. We ate dinner in the pub across the road, which was OK..」
